Delta changes its name

Delta Pharmaceuticals in the US has changed its name to Ardent Pharmaceuticals, reflecting the company's commitment to developing a broad range of novel compounds that address unmet medical needs. Ken Chang, chairman of Ardent, said, 'Our recent financing has given us the resources necessary to further our development programmes in the areas of pain, urinary incontinence, cardio-protection and depression.'
