Dr Reddy's Laboratories, one of India's leading pharmaceutical businesses, has officially opened its new European headquarters in Slough, UK.
Dr Reddy's Laboratories, one of India's leading pharmaceutical businesses, has officially opened its new European headquarters in Slough, UK.
Company chairman and founder, Dr Anji Reddy, who established the business in 1984, opened the new offices of what is today a US$1.5bn global pharmaceutical company.
Operating in over 100 countries, the company manufactures active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished dosage forms and conducts basic research in the areas of diabetes, cardiovascular, inflammation and bacterial infection.
The company has moved to the Slough Trading Estate, where it joins Lonza Biologics, UCB Celltech, Ipsen, Karl Storz Endoscopy and GE Medical Systems. The Estate covers 196 hectares and includes a total of around 700,000 m2 of business space, occupied by over 400 companies.
