Fifth version gives added control
Version five of QISoft's production, quality and environment management software builds on its predecessor, QIS4, to offer the user more definable options and better customisation facilities.
A new document management module enables organisations to centrally manage all process-related documents, including specifications, bills of materials, recipes and process settings. Material Quality Management, previously available as a standalone product, is now a fully integrated option with QIS 5.
The logic behind the system remains unchanged. For example, screen colours give a clear confirmation of status, with green for in-spec, yellow for borderline and red for off-spec operation.
