Fisher completes Covance deal

Fisher Scientific has acquired Covance's pharmaceutical packaging services business in a deal worth US$137.5m (£98m). The business has been renamed Fisher Clinical Services, and has cGMP manufacturing and packaging facilities in Allentown, PA, US; Basel, Switzerland; and Horsham in the UK.
