Fogg Filler introduces new line of clean room enclosures
Michigan-based Fogg Filler Company has launched CleanClosure, a new line of cleanroom enclosures designed specifically for the liquid filling market. Engineered from high quality stainless steel and premium Plexiglas, the CleanClosures provide a Class 100 environment for container filling and closing through a state-of-the-art HEPA air-handling system, ultraviolet lamps and optional clean-in-place (CIP) plumbing.
Specially engineered HEPA laminar airflow systems provide positive pressure of sterile air down through the enclosure before being exhausted out. The positive pressure and infeed air curtain prevent outside air from entering the enclosure, yet the design allows operators to access areas of the filling system. The rinsing, filling and sealing/capping process is effectively isolated from the environment.
Custom designed to meet specific requirements and suitable for either new installations or retrofitting to existing equipment, Fogg CleanClosures provide application specific particulate filtration and HEPA air change cycles, and are integrated with filling system sterilisation, CIP and computer controls.
