Giusti's new test facilities

Giusti has opened a new product test & trials facility at its Wellingborough, UK site. The new unit represents a £250,000 (US$375,000) investment and is fully hygienic. It has everything required to allow product development batch preparation — right up to test market stage — and is available to clients in industries including the pharmaceutical markets.

The facility is 80 m² and has clean compressed air supply, potable steam (1.3 and 5.5 bar) and glycol/chilled water. There is three-phase power, which is available at 110V, 240V and 415V.

A range of equipment will be available, including Giusti's "Pharmix" contra-rotating pharmaceutical creams and lotions unit. Full vacuum loading facilities have also been installed.

All equipment is fully CIP compatible and assistance can be provided with ingredients acquisition and finished batch disposal if required. Absolute confidentiality is assured.
