New GSX spray drying technology
Developed with pharmacists for pharmacists, the GSX spray dryer combines precise particle engineering with application-specific particle collection.
Its flexible, GMP-compliant design allows the spray drying process and particle collection strategy to be adapted to specific formulation requirements, target particle properties and applications. It supports the safe processing of highly potent compounds up to OEB 5 and facilitates reliable scale-up from early development to commercial manufacturing.
From spray drying to dry granulation
Another show highlight is the FAYTEC CP 250 for demanding pharmaceutical dry granulation applications. The roller compactor reliably processes powders, even material with low bulk density, while generating only limited fines and delivering up to 30 percent higher throughput.
This combination of particle engineering technologies is particularly beneficial for poorly soluble active ingredients, where formulation performance and manufacturing efficiency depend on precisely controlled particle properties and robust downstream processing.
