Truchot Laurens, based in south-east France, has developed a complete range of high-performance sampling ball valves designed for the chemical, pharmaceutical, polymer and cryogenics industries.

With the advantage of continuous control over a process line, the valves can be used to take a sample that is truly representative of the process, in a volume specified by the user, and in total safety for the operator, site and environment.

The sampling valves adapt to the process line dimensions and can be made of special metals such as Hastelloy or UB6, PFA-lined, stainless steel or one-piece PVDF, depending on the user specifications. They can also be fitted with a heating jacket and are suitable for all types of sampling flasks. Equipped with a capacitive ball forming an interlock between the process line and the environment, no matter what the position of the ball, there is no leakage to the exterior, nor can any ambient air penetrate and pollute the process.
