Hot stuff from Fisher

New-look stirrers, hotplates and hotplate stirrers are the latest addition to the range from Fisher Scientific.

All the new equipment features a reflective white ceramic finish that is acid and alkali resistant. The aluminium parts will not crack or chip and conduct heat fast.

The temperature stability of the hotplates is ±2%, while a hot top indicator light protects against accidental burns. Environments from 4°C up to 40°C are catered for, with stirrer speeds ranging from 60 to 1200rpm. The stirrers use a strong, 'ceramic 8' magnet.
