Irish firm repeats orders for Adelphi

Adelphi Coldstream, from Haywards Heath, UK, has supplied two more vessels for making tablet film coatings to a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Ireland. Six vessels of this type have now been supplied, providing a cost-effective method of making film coatings for tablets at room temperature. Based on standard Coldstream containers (which are made to pharmaceutical standards), these vessels are mobile for convenient transport of the finished film to the tablet coating pans.

The ingredients of the film coating solution include volatile solvents, so an air-powered agitator is provided for safety purposes.
