ISL launches new tableting equipment and valves

Designed with 'green' or coated tablets in mind, the ISL tablet valve can be used on all friable/breakable materials. The two parts of the valve work independently so that while closing the valve with product, the top part forms a soft feather edge seal below and around tablets. The lower part stays open temporarily before it finally seals to create a totally stable and dust tight double seal - a very important aspect of handling medicines harmful to those they are not intended for. It can be cleaned in place or removed and dismantled in seconds.

ISL was also displaying its IBCs and other cone valve products. The cone valve plus total containment ensures no product exposure before, during or after discharge.
