UK company Suncombe, pioneer of clean-in-place (CIP) technology, is celebrating the fortieth anniversary of the launch of its original CIP+Plus. The system - originally known as the Suncombe Modular CIP - was produced to satisfy the demand for an economic, high quality, total or partial recovery solution to CIP requirements.

Since 1963 it has been continuously developed to provide technologically advanced and robust means of supplying repeatable, validatable, controllable CIP cleaning to a range of processing industries. Designed and manufactured using standard modules, the company's systems can be customised to meet a variety of applications, including tanks, vessels, mixers, processors, tankers, pumps and fillers.
