The Neri BL400 VTE XL labelling machine applies tamper evident vignettes and self-adhesive seals on packaging cartons, in addition to codes for tracking and verifying pharmaceutical products using appropriate scanning systems. It operates at speeds of 400 cartons a minute.

With a balcony structure, Marchesini says the Neri BL400 is easily accessible for cleaning and supervision of the production process. It is equipped with a positive step carton conveyor that uses toothed belts, ensuring fail-safe operation and guaranteeing the "grade c" printing quality demanded by EU and US standards.

The machine accommodates three labelling heads to apply a vignette on the top of the carton and two seals on the side corners. It can also print Datamatrix codes and alphanumeric equivalents in three different positions on the top face and both carton flaps.
