Med-ePHV study aimed to improve adverse drug reaction reporting


The European Commission says a European Union (EU)-funded €1.3m research project aimed at improving pharmacovigilance in Mediterranean countries has been successful.

The Med-ePHV (Learning and practicing pharmacovigilance in the Mediterranean countries of the EU) project developed educational and training material for the Internet to help patients and health professionals accurately report adverse drug reactions.
