Merck KGaA and Bayer sign process chromatography agreement

Merck Life Science Products, part of Merck KgaA, has signed a co-operation agreement in the field of process chromatography with Bayer Technology Services, one of the newly independent companies formed as part of the restructuring of Bayer AG.


Merck Life Science Products, part of Merck KgaA, has signed a co-operation agreement in the field of process chromatography with Bayer Technology Services, one of the newly independent companies formed as part of the restructuring of Bayer AG.

The partners will co-operate closely on the development of customer-specific chromatographic production processes and ancillary systems.

Merck will use its know-how and chromatographic sorbents to develop purification processes, while Bayer Technology Services will use its expertise and products to engineer and manufacture industrial scale separation systems and plants.
