Metering pumps for 1035 bar pressure

New Linc 94P Series pneumatically actuated chemical metering pumps introduced into the UK by AxFlow are designed for operating pressures up to 1035 bar.

Used primarily where a liquid chemical is injected into a process stream or pipeline, main areas of application include chemical and pharmaceutical processing.

Designed for long service under all operational conditions, features of the 94P series include 316 stainless steel construction and carbide check valve balls to provide an advanced level of corrosion resistance. This is allied to reduced maintenance through the use of abrasion-resistant ceramic plungers, dual plunger seals for enhanced sealing and floating piston design for concentric stroke operation.

Powered by compressed air, the Linc series offers the benefit of intrinsically safe operation. As an option, autoclave discharge check valves are available for ease of installation in high pressure systems.
