Mini pumps offer aseptic service

Netzsch has extended its range of aseptic and hygienic progressing cavity pumps by introducing four Mini models with flow rates from 0.01l/min to 10l/min and up to 12 bar. They are manufactured using titanium flexible shafts, which eliminate the need for joints and, therefore, joint wear and lubrication.

A patented elastomer wall on the Mini Aseptic range enables the pumps to deal with products up to 140°C. The contact parts on both types of pump are manufactured in polished stainless steel and hygienic or aseptic pump connections and mechanical seals are fitted where appropriate.
