'We have nearly doubled the number of service contracts in the past year,' said Andy Slater, Nederman's service manager. 'the aim is to make these contracts as flexible as possible, so that customers get a bespoke solution every time.
'Our terms and frequency of service visits depends on each customer's processes and levels of equipment use. We've set no minimum terms, although generally new contracts are for annual LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) inspections, with a call-out option in the event of an equipment failure.
