New from Advanced Labelling Systems (ALS), the highly reliable PLU 4138 represents a new generation of pallet labelling systems.

The PLU 4138 has been designed as a high performance universal machine with easy menu programming and is capable of label-ling up to 120 pallets an hour.

Designed to print and apply up to three A5 format EAN pallet labels on adjacent sides, (including Serial Shipping Container Codes (SSCC) in accordance with the EAN 128 standard) using a tri-axial applicator system. This not only allows labels to be applied with only one stop of the pallet it also ensures quick and accurate positioning.

Standard features include, complete housing for full safety protection, PLC controlled, missing label detection, label on pad detection, a barcode scanner, availability in left or right hand and the PLU 4138 will accept print engines from Zebra, Sato, Avery and Novexx, all of which are available through ALS.
