Co-founder Liam O'Connell, said: "We recognised that it was increasingly difficult to find and recruit high calibre candidates. "Here was an opportunity to provide a valuable service to the hard-pressed human resources people in our industry.
"The industry has become much more technology based, and with a lot of the heavy chemical industry having moved to India and China companies have to be more flexible, fast reacting and willing to embrace new technologies - that's where we come in."
Phil Abraham, the director of customer services at Royal Society of Chemistry, will open the offices at an official launch on 7 February.
