Lundbeck appoints three vps in supply operations and engineering

Good examples of talent development at the Danish pharmaceutical firm

Lundbeck has appointed Kristian Sibilitz, Christian Houborg and Lene Andersen as vice presidents in supply operations and engineering.

Lundbeck says all three are a good example of talent development at the Danish pharmaceutical firm.

Sibilitz started at the firm in 2005 as a replenishment planner in logistics. He was personal assistant to senior vp Lars Bang from 2007 to 2009, and was subsequently appointed as divisional director. He has now been appointed as vp of logistics.

Houborg joined the firm in 2002 as a supply chain planner in logistics and was then also personal assistant to Bang for two years. He became divisional director of Lundbeck's Lean Programme in 2007, and was named divisional director for service and technical operations in 2009. His new title is vp of service and technical operations and lean.

Andersen has been at Lundbeck for 16 years. She started as a section leader in quality control, then moved on to become head of department in bulk analysis before her appointment as divisional director of supply operations and engineering quality in Valby in 2004. She assumed global responsibility for supply operations and engineering quality in 2009. She has now become vp of quality supply operations.
