Pharmalex Group, service provider for pharma, biotech and medtech, has completed a merger with Archemin.
Established in 1999, Archemin is a pharmaceutical consultancy based in Mechelen, Belgium. Headed by its founder Ludwig Everaert, and supported by Anne Peeters, Operations Manager, the multidisciplinary team provides services to domestic and international clients.
The merger complements Pharmalex’s existing services, the company says, adding pharmacovigilance, quality management, medical information and market access consulting, allowing it to increase its service offering and presence in the region.
