Takeda has appointed Ramona Sequeira as President of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA, located in Deerfield, IL.
In this role, Sequeira will lead all business operations for the US and report to Christophe Weber, President and Chief Executive of Takeda.
Sequeira brings extensive leadership experience across multiple therapy areas including neuroscience, speciality and primary care, and several regions including the US, Canada and the UK. Her most recent role was as Vice President, Lilly USA at Eli Lilly and Company. Before that she was the General Manager of Lilly's UK Hub.
She will assume her new role on 1 June.
