The US subsidiary of Penn Pharmaceutical Services Ltd is expanding its management team with the appointment of Jonathan Tilly.

The US division is one of the leading providers of fully-integrated pharmaceutical outsourcing services and it will be Tilly's responsibility to use his business development experience in the pharma industry to drive forward sales for the East US territory. His new title is business development executive.
