The peristaltic Easy Tube Loading Pump is said to be ideal for situations where loading of the tubing into the pumphead needs to be carried out quickly and without the use of tools.
A major advantage of the new pump is its ability to have additional heads stacked onto a single drive unit, thus enabling multi-channel pumping from a single drive.
The pumphead can accept six different tube sizes ranging from 0.8-8.0mm bore and will accept five different tube materials to ensure it is chemically compatible with any application.
Flow rates up to 1260 ml/min can be achieved depending upon tube size and motor choice.
To extend pump life, each pumphead has a three roller rotor mounted on its own stainless steel drive shaft, which is supported by a two ball race bearing, which minimises the side load on the drive motor.
