Pharmacia drug 'not approvable'

The FDA has given Pharmacia a not approvable letter for its selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor Vestra (reboxetine mesylate) tablets. The FDA is to convene an advisory committee meeting of outside experts later in the year to review the submission. The antidepressant is approved in 50 countries around the world.
