Phlexglobal, a specialist CRO for clinical trial administration and study support, has appointed a new board of directors.


Phlexglobal, a specialist CRO for clinical trial administration and study support, has appointed a new board of directors.

Led by Phlexglobal founder and ceo Nicola Murgatroyd, the board will include Karen Roy, who launched the company's PhlexEview solution last year, and has taken up the position of global business development director. Stella Donoghue joins as finance director and Nigel Murgatroyd who takes up the position of commercial director.

Ray Clarke, founder and managing director of Datacare Business Systems and Stephen Swiatek, UK sales director with a pan-European German company both join as non-executive directors. Phlexglobal counts 15 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies across the globe as its clients.
