Phoenix Marketing appoints qualitative research specialist

Delphine Duchateau joins the firm’s office in Richmond, Surrey, UK

Phoenix Marketing International (PMI), a global marketing research firm, has appointed Delphine Duchateau as a group director based in its offices in Richmond, Surrey, UK.

Duchateau has 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector having started her career as a sales representative in France and then moving to the UK to become a consultant specialising in broad issues affecting the pharmaceutical industry. She previously worked at TNS Healthcare (now Kantar Health) for eight years rising to divisional director in the Specialist Qualitative Unit, and more recently spent five years at Hall and Partners (H&P) as a partner in the Health division.

A qualitative researcher at heart, Duchateau has pioneered the use of digital platforms for this type of research such as Internet forums and mobile phone ethnography.
