Polymer Labs to market TFP

Polymer Laboratories (PL), based in Church Stretton, UK, has obtained an exclusive license from Aventis Pharma to manufacture, use and sell tetrafluorophenol derivatised resin worldwide. The resin will be marketed exclusively as PL-TFP resin, as part of PL's StratoSpheres product line. The StratoSpheres range of high quality resins for combinatorial and medicinal chemistry and peptide synthesis includes conventional microporous solid phase synthesis supports, high load scavenger resins and macroporous supports with rapid mass transfer. PL-TFP resin is a microporous high load 1.4mmol/g resin with a 150-300mm (50-100 mesh) particle size.
