Quick way to dispense creams and liquids

Published: 18-May-2002

A dispensing device for creams and liquids, developed jointly by Swiss company Createchnic and Finnish-based Orion Corporation Noiro, will be shown by UK representative Adelphi Tubes. Quickspense is said to be ideal for dispensing soaps and disinfection liquids and creams in hospitals, laboratories and healthcare institutions. The device is designed to be used with collapsible bottles, wall-mounted in an inverted position. Each stroke delivers 2ml of product with no leakage or wastage. It consists of just two components and can be assembled automatically.

Adelphi Tubes will also be showing specialist pharmaceutical glass containers from Schott, rigid and collapsible aluminium and plastic tubes from Linhardt and the latest in injection-moulded containers, closures and medical devices from Createchnic.

Sister companies Adelphi Manufacturing and Adelphi Coldstream will also be represented. Adelphi Manufacturing will be showing the Adelphi Cerberus, a monobloc liquids and cream filling and capping machine for small containers. The machine features interchangeable filling systems (for liquids, creams, light oils or pastes) and an adjustable starwheel for varying container shapes and sizes. Adelphi Coldstream will be showing drums in 316L stainless steel, pumps, fittings, and stainless steel furniture.
