Bizerba believes it has developed the first weigh labelling system with remote diagnostics capability. The system contains a built-in web page generator that allows password-protected internet access for the analysis and correction of faults.

Bizerba GLP weigh labelling systems are modular units in two models that permit printing up to 80mm and 160mm wide respectively. Both models offer direct thermal printing as standard, with thermal transfer available as an option.

The remote diagnostics facility of the GLP printer allows it to be accessed remotely from a computer anywhere in the world. Each printer will have its own homepage, allowing the remote user to connect with a specific unit. If necessary, the printer can be reset via the internet.
