Service scheme maintains liquid handling accuracy
Elkay is launching a service scheme for its Exelpette brand of micropipette, either on site or at the company's service centre.
On site servicing is fast, minimises disruption and may be necessary if pipettes must remain on the premises. For the back-to-base service, Elkay supplies a special delivery package to turnaround a cost-effective service in a few days. As well as its own Exelpetter, Elkay will service many other brands of single, multi-channel and electronic pipette. Once serviced, the pipettes are calibrated and certified to ISO8655.
