SFS adds hygienic hose

SFS has extended its bespoke design and fabrication service for flexible hygienic silicone rubber hose assemblies, now supplied in any length and complete with any type of end fitting machined in 316 stainless steel.

Extruded reinforced silicone tubing is used for bore sizes from 6mm to 25mm, while for larger requirements, mandrel-built hoses are available in 25mm to 102mm bore, with or without wire reinforcement.

With FDA 177.2600 approval, the hose is suitable for transporting product in hygienic applications.
