Solvay buys Evotec OAI libraries

Evotec OAI has won a contract to supply chemical libraries to Solvay. Under the deal, a team of Evotec OAI chemists will synthesise discrete compounds over a two year period that will then be used by Solvay to screen against targets in their discovery programs. Milestone payments will be made to Evotec if any compound developed under the scheme enters Phase III trials or goes to commercialisation.
