Striking the right balance

Suitable for a wide range of budgets, the new ranges of portable, bench top and analytical balances from Philip Harris Scientific are designed for all types of laboratory.

The portable Junior compact scales comprise two models with capacities of 200g and 2,000g. They are battery operated with an optional AC adapter.

The Status range of portables has four models with capacities of 150g, 500g, 1,000g and 3,000g. All are rugged and lightweight with large stainless steel pans. They can be AC or battery operated and an auto shut-off and RS232 interface come as standard.

The Advanced range of bench top balanced comprises four models with capacity ranges from 200g to 0.001g up to 4,000g to 0.1g. The RS232 interface again comes as standard.

Finally, the Advanced Anaytical range includes two models of 110 and 180g to 0.1mg, again with an RS232 interface.
