Support for micro vials

Chromacol's SCI-VI system consists of three micro vials, of 100ml, 200ml and 300ml volume with a wide range of PTFE supports that provide operational compatibility with almost every autosampler, including robotic type autosamplers.

The system allows analysts to transfer samples between different LC and GC autosamplers without changing the vials and without the potential sample losses associated with sample transfer. All that is required is the appropriate PTFE supports to fit the autosamplers to be used. These supports are non-consumable, reusable items.

The round bottom 01-CVG, with a maximum volume of 100ml, is suitable for use with very small samples. This vial also features a built-in needle guide that provides greater safety for the autosampler needle. The 02-CTVG is a 200ml tapered vial for recovering the last drop of sample. The round bottom, 300ml 03-CVG is suitable for use with up to 250-300ml of sample. All the vials are made from Chromacol's inert gold grade glass, ensuring that no samples are lost to any undesirable surface activity.

The SCI-VI system provides a unique vial and support for any number of autosamplers.
