Tetrionics obtains SafeBridge potent compound handling certification

US-based custom chemical manufacturer Tetrionics has become only the second company to achieve certification for its kilo scale potent compound manufacturing facilities from SafeBridge Consultants, a team of occupational and environmental toxicologist providing environmental health and safety support to the pharma, biotech and chemical industries.


US-based custom chemical manufacturer Tetrionics has become only the second company to achieve certification for its kilo scale potent compound manufacturing facilities from SafeBridge Consultants, a team of occupational and environmental toxicologist providing environmental health and safety support to the pharma, biotech and chemical industries.

The SafeBridge certification programme provides an objective and scientifically supportable assessment of Tetrionics' potent API manufacturing capabilities and required the company to meet stringent criteria in the management, evaluation, containment, control and communication elements of potent compound safety. In particular it looks at process containment, training, medical surveillance, industrial hygiene, toxicology and process controls.
