Thorsman streamlines for AstraZeneca

AstraZeneca's tablet packaging facility in Cheshire is the site for the latest installation of InduSign poles from cable management specialist Thorsman.

Some 49 prewired poles are being used to bring ceiling-fed power, data and communications services directly down to the production line machinery, which handles over £400m of blister packed tablets each year.

The streamlined InduSign system was chosen to replace individual welded steel service pipes.
