TMG Marchesini sets a blistering pace

TMG Marchesini UK will be exhibiting a blister line that will include an automatic thermoformer MB430 and an automatic cartoner MA305.

On the MB430, each machine unit is fitted with its own servomotor that makes every function independent, enabling every unit to be adjusted separately to suit the various production requirements. Another feature of this machine is the option of removing the loader for cleaning and size changes. This can be done at a touch of a button on the display. The MA305 can reach speeds of up to 240 cartons per minute and has a balcony style construction: the mechanical section is therefore divided from the working area.

TMG Marchesini is also exhibiting a number of stand-alone machines, including an automatic carton labelling machine - the Neri BL400VTE. This is managed by a PLC with failsafe logic and has a label length self-learning system. Also on show will be a Tonazzi Millennium tubefiller; an AEC218 machine for plunger insertion and labelling of pre-filled syringes from new acquisition Corima; and an MST Strip machine to produce strips of solid products.
