Leo Pharmaceuticals has added a 240g pack of its vitamin D analogue cream Dovonex (calcipotriol).

Lundbeck has launched Cipralex tablets, containing 10mg of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor escitalopram.

Otsuka Pharmaceuticals (UK) has marketed Pletal tablets containing 100mg of the antithrombotic agent cilostazol.

Alpharma has introduced 150mg and 300mg effervescent tablets of the H2-antagonist ranitidine.

Schering-Plough has introduced Neoclarityn syrup, which contains 0.5mg/ml of desloratidine.

APS/Berk has marketed Filnarine SR tablets containing 10mg, 30mg, 60mg and 100mg of the opiate morphine sulphate. The company has also made available Dynamin XL capsules containing 25mg or 50mg of the nitrate isosorbide mononitrate.

Lagap Pharmaceuticals has added effervescent tablets of the H2-antagonist ranitidine to its range.

Sanofi-Synthelabo has brought out a 7.5mg vial of Fasturtec. The product contains the recombinant urate oxidase rasburicase as powder and solvent for infusion.
