Roche Products has introduced Valcyte tablets. The product contains 450mg of the antiviral valganciclovir. The company has also launched Bondronat 2mg/2ml infusion containing 2mg of the biphosphonate ibandronic acid.

Servier Laboratories has launched Coversyl Plus tablets containing 4mg of the ACE inhibitor perindopril tert-butyline and 1.25mg of the diuretic indapamide.

Sovereign Medical has made available 150mg and 300mg effervescent tablets of the H2-antagonist ranitidine. The company has also added a 5-ampoule (100mg/ml, 5ml ampoule) pack size of its corticosteroid Efcortesol (hydrocortisone) to its range.

Beacon Pharmaceuticals has marketed 25mg tablets of the corticosteroid prednisolone and 25mg tablets of the corticosteroid cortisone.

Link Pharmaceuticals has introduced 500mg tablets of the antifibrinolytic tranexamic acid.

Dominion Pharma has launched 250mg capsules of the antibiotic erythromycin.

Napp Pharmaceuticals has brought out Transtec transdermal patches. The patches contain 20mg (35µg/hour), 30mg (52.5µg/hour) and 40mg (70µg/hour) of the opioid analgesic buprenorphine.
