Sovereign Medical has introduced 1.25mg, 2.5mg, 5mg and 10mg tablets of the ACE inhibitor ramipril.

Provalis has added Ursofalk capsules to its range; the capsules contain 250mg of the bile acid ursodeoxycholic acid.

Organon Laboratories has launched Zispin SolTab. The orodispersible tablets contain 15mg or 45mg of the noradrenergic/serotonergic enhancer mirtazapine.

Merck Sharp & Dohme has launched Singulair granules. The product contains 4mg of the leukotriene receptor antagonist montelukast per sachet.

Baxter Healthcare offers Gentamicin Redibags containing 80mg/50mL, 240mg/100mL or 360mg/100mL of the aminoglycoside gentamicin in a ready-to-use formulation.

Pierre Fabre has introduced Busilvex. The 6mg/mL concentrate for solution for infusion contains the alkylating cytotoxic busulfan.

Norgine has marketed Movicol Paediatric Plain containing the iso-osmotic laxative macrogol 3350 and electrolytes.

Ivax Pharmaceuticals has relaunched metformin tablets. The oral hypoglycaemic is available in 500mg and 850mg tablets. The company has also made available 250µg and 1mg tablets of the dopamine agonist pergolide.

Almus Pharmaceuticals has added 500mg soluble tablets of paracetamol to its product range.

APS/Berk has brought out 250µg and 1mg tablets of the dopamine agonist pergolide.
