Zero particulates with Nimix

Chemineer has launched a mixing system in a totally enclosed, zero particulate environment that also benefits from being very low shear. It is also completely emission-free.

Developed for over a decade by the BHR Group, Chemineer has now expanded the application base of the Nimix Mixing System to include pharmaceuticals and chemicals.

The Nimix is capable of producing low shear solids suspension until an entire vessel is emptied. It achieves this without impellers and without any concern that sufficient agitation is being achieved.

Instead Nimix has a diode plate at the base of a cylindrical vessel, which makes it ideal for variable batch mixes, offering turndown rations of 10:1 for small batches.
