UK-based AC Valve Alliance and Germany-based Jungmann Armaturen have collaborated to provide CE and FDA-certified hygienic safety valves for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.

These guarantee ‘beautiful aesthetics’ as well as a ‘higher level of performance’ in these industries.

These hygienic safety relief valves are designed to prevent overpressure in tanks and pipelines while ensuring product safety and cleanliness by preventing product contamination.

Owen Stephens, Sales Manager of Nacional Safety Valves UK, explains why this safety valve partnership is important for multiple industries.

Joining the group of companies in 2019, Nacional Safety Valves UK work in close partnership with the Spanish manufacturer of the same name, supplying industry-recognised safety relief valves.

“After speaking to our customers, we discovered a significant desire for adding hygienic safety valves to our product offering," Stephens said. "Subsequently, when we encountered Jungmann Armaturen last year, we instantly recognised them as the ideal partner for fulfilling this demand."

“These valves are available DN15 to DN40 inlet, set pressures from 0.5 to 16 bar and temperatures of minus 50 to over 300 degrees to cover almost any application," he added. “Together with a reputable German manufacturer like Jungmann, we can ensure you a quick, reliable response time as well as great quality service and expert advice for all products.”

These safety valves are typically made with high-quality materials, such as stainless steel, that are resistant to corrosion and easy to clean and sanitise.

The European Union’s (EU) CE and the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), two important regulatory agencies, have also approved this valve to solidify their safety.

Their smooth, crevice-free interior prevents build-up of harmful bacteria, and designed to prevent contamination by the valve itself, ensuring the safety of the final product.

Stephens, who also works for AC Valve Alliance, states this partnership will expand the customer service options they provide. “As a company, we know how important good customer service is and we have built up trust with valued customers, who rely on our products." he said. "With expanding our product offerings allows us to better serve our customers’ needs while proving our reliability to find those specific products."

He also reveals what will draw people to these safety valves: “Our mission has always been the same; ensuring excellent care every time you use our services, and this will stay the same with the Jungmann safety valves."
