Maybridge, a leading UK-based supplier of organic compounds and screening libraries, has been acquired by Fisher Scientific International, of the US.
Fisher Scientific is a global one-stop-shop supplier of services to the science industries, offering more than 600,000 products and services to 350,000 customers in 145 countries. The acquisition of Maybridge, which was concluded at the end of November, will expand Fisher Scientific's product and service offering by adding drug discovery tools.
