Under the theme ‘Step into Cognitive Manufacturing’, the company will demonstrate how artificial intelligence (AI), robotics and digital vision systems can support production efficiency, quality control and flexible manufacturing. Its showcase will also include digital services, predictive maintenance and remote support.
Pharmaceutical and medical technology
SENSITIVE AP400 labelling machine
IMA Life will present the SENSITIVE AP400 labelling machine, designed with three transparent sides for process monitoring and front panels that provide access for cleaning and maintenance.
IMA Safe will showcase its I-SCAN tablet counting technology, which detects damaged tablets and capsules before filling and rejects individual defective units rather than discarding an entire bottle.
IMA MED-TECH will exhibit the X-PEN modular platform for assembling pen injectors and autoinjectors. Available in configurations ranging from manual to fully automated, it offers output speeds of 2–160 units per minute and integrates quality controls including force-distance measurements and vision inspection. Visitors can also view a virtual demonstration of ASSEMBLA, a scalable medical device assembly platform.
Food processing and packaging
Vegatronic 6000 DZ vertical bagger
Food technologies include the IMA Hassia F600 sachet packaging machine, which can handle liquid-to-viscous products at speeds of up to 105,600 sachets per hour across a maximum of 16 tracks.
The IMA Coffee SR6K will demonstrate filling and sealing for six-lane coffee, tea and soluble-product capsules, with options including nitrogen flushing, in-line weighing and compostable lids.
Two confectionery packaging lines will also be shown. One combines product distribution, flow wrapping, multi-head weighing and the Doytronic 60 stand-up pouch machine. The other pairs the Vegatronic 6000 DZ vertical bagger with the IP 3000 case packer for confectionery, snacks, bakery products and biscuits.
Personal care, e-commerce and labelling
C1290 tube-filling machine
For personal care, Omas Tecnosistemi will present the TURBOMIX vacuum emulsifier for processing creams and other products, available with tank capacities from 3 to 5,000 litres. Comadis will show the C1290 tube-filling machine, featuring a dedicated tube-cleaning station and USB batch-data collection.
IMA E-COMMERCE will highlight automated box forming, right-sizing and case-lidding equipment, alongside North American distributor IPG.
In labelling, IMA will demonstrate ZERO WindGrip, a linerless print-and-apply solution designed to reduce backing-paper waste, and ION Swing, which uses electro-adhesion to handle labels without compressed air, vacuum or fans.
