Seidenader Vision, a specialist in vision solutions and customised inspection applications, will be at Achema (Stand K4-K8 Hall 3.1) to present a new track & trace solution for pharmaceutical packaging lines.

Seidenader T&TSolutions is a combination of database management, coding systems, code reading technology and material handling systems, based on general standards.

Described as a modular system for reliable product traceability, it is fully compliant with regulatory concepts such as ITS (Turkey 2009), French Coding (France 2011) and e-pedigree (California 2015).

Seidenader T&TSolutions creates unique identifiers for each product (2D matrix, barcode, RFID), serialising the individual packaging unit. The flexible database system verifies the applied data with camera stations, barcode readers, or RFID sensors, to track each product's pedigree.

The system maintains electronic supply chain records, including records of product units lost, damaged or replaced.

Flexible rework strategies and different interfaces to ERP and MES systems allow an optimal integration in different production and IT environments.

Seidenader says its specialists can provide customised track & trace concepts designed for new or existing packaging lines, ranging from single station to complete turn-key solutions.
