The continuous motion horizontal cartoner MA 400 is a restyled machine with improved ergonomics and reliability. MA 400 guarantees extremely fast changeover times and low maintenance.
The machine is compact, without compromising its high speed output, it is also easy to use and has a wide range of control functions and a new operator interface called Easy Door.
MA 400 offers high-speed packing for all product types for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic markets.
TURBO-MEK 150 by Dumek
Vacuum turbo-emulsifiers, TURBO-MEK 150 by Dumek is designed to process liquid and creamy products for the cosmetic industry, in particular emulsions, serums, oils and balms, gels and lotions.
Versions of these machines are able to process other products such as make-up, suppositories, hair dyes, toothpastes, mud products and shaving creams.
All the essential functions (temperature and vacuum control, vessel movements) are commanded from the control panel, which has been developed in house with Dumek technology.
