RTS Life Science, a Manchester, UK-based supplier of automated sample management and drug delivery testing systems, is to provide analytical services and consultancy in the area of automation and inhaler testing in co-operation with Hall Analytical Laboratories, also located in Manchester.
Initially focused on inhaled drug delivery devices, the two companies will share facilities, technology and resources to provide services to help organisations improve efficiency in the development, adoption and use of automation.
Services to be provided in consultation with clients include:
Method development for both manual and automated applications
Equipment and analytical validation services
Performance qualification of automation systems
Laboratory and analytical consultancy for OINDP products
Canister content testing
Emitted and delivered dose uniformity testing
