The latest innovation was AZODOS: a special type of dosing system for continuous, gravimetric measuring. Targeted at the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and plastic industries because of its suitability for use with powdery products or powders with poor-flow characteristics, the system is designed for use in compounding, and its benefits include compact feeding into weighing processes; compact design for discharge weighing system; maximum dosing accuracy with coarse/fine flow; high-quality double dosing screws with linear dosing function; easy-clean system for quick component changes; extendability through modular design; precise online control and quick correction of deviations; measurement recording with high resolution; and control modules for adjustments via a computer interface.

The AZODOS P-DV system is recommended for volumetric dosing with weighing to feed production processes at a uniform mass flow rate with coarse/fine flow. The device consists of a hopper, discharge agitator with housing and a double dosing screw, while compensating couplings on the hopper inlet and screw outlet completely isolate the system. Loose powdery materials are discharged from the hopper by means of an agitator and fed into the double screws before being discharged by the automatically controlled double dosing screw and transferred to the subsequent processes.

Other innovations include the AZODOS type P-DW discharge weighing system, which is used for gravimetric feeding of production processes with precisely weighed minor ingredients; and the type P-DDW system, which uses gravimetric dosing with mass flow control.
